In Ayurveda, this is the time when Vata dosha is most active, gradually giving way to rising Kapha energy as Winter settles in.
Vata brings cool, dry, mobile qualities; Kapha offers moisture, steadiness and rest.
Supporting the body through this transition helps us stay warm, grounded, emotionally balanced and resilient.
