The Autumn Reset is a 4-week online programme designed to help you realign your body, mind, and energy so you can step into autumn feeling grounded, restored, and clear.

🌿 What You’ll Experience

Each week you’ll receive a bundle of Ayurvedic recipes and guided journal prompts to nourish your body and deepen your reflection.

We’ll also gather once a week, live on Zoom (Thursdays at 8pm UK time), for a soul-nourishing group session. Recordings will be available if you can’t make it live.

The Journey Week by Week: We start on Monday 15 Sept when you will receive your PDF Guide with recipes for the week along with daily journal prompts. You will receive a new guide each week for four weeks. The LIVE sessions and themes for the week will be as follows

Week 1 — Ayurveda for Autumn (Thurs 18 Sept)

  • Discover how Ayurveda views the seasons

  • Learn why autumn can leave us scattered and restless, and how to find balance

  • Explore simple grounding practices for daily life

  • Set your personal intention for the reset

Week 2 — Guided Reiki Meditation (Thurs 25 Sept)

  • Release stagnant energy and clear emotional clutter

  • Experience a deeply restorative Reiki meditation

  • Learn simple self-Reiki hand positions

  • Reflect on what you’re ready to let go of

Week 3 — Sound Bath & Nourishing Rituals (Thurs 2 Oct)

  • Immerse yourself in a virtual sound bath to calm the nervous system

  • Explore gentle evening rituals to restore your body and mind

  • Journal on what your body most needs this season

Week 4 — Soulful Planning & Visioning Circle (Thurs 9 Oct)

  • Guided visualisation to connect with your inner wisdom

  • Soul mapping for the months ahead

  • Create a supportive plan for autumn and winter

  • Closing circle to seal in your intentions
