The Autumn Reset is a 4-week online programme designed to help you realign your body, mind, and energy so you can step into autumn feeling grounded, restored, and clear.
🌿 What You’ll Experience
Each week you’ll receive a bundle of Ayurvedic recipes and guided journal prompts to nourish your body and deepen your reflection.
We’ll also gather once a week, live on Zoom (Thursdays at 8pm UK time), for a soul-nourishing group session. Recordings will be available if you can’t make it live.
✨ The Journey Week by Week: We start on Monday 15 Sept when you will receive your PDF Guide with recipes for the week along with daily journal prompts. You will receive a new guide each week for four weeks. The LIVE sessions and themes for the week will be as follows

Guided visualisation to connect with your inner wisdom
